The Radio Club is looking for amateurs who are interested in emergency communications
and providing a service for the community. We have set up an area emergency communications network primarily
for St. Margaret Mercy Hospitals. We have been involved with St. Margaret Mercy Hospital system since 1998.
At that time they realized the need for amateur emergency communications. October 17, 2009, members participated
in an area wide drill. We are now participating with the hospital's Emergency Response Coalition in preparing
for the 2010 emergency drill.
