The following process is to be used when turning in funds to the IAA.
NOTE: Funds turned in should be made payable to "Inland Athletic Association".
All funds received should be accompanied by an "accounting receipt".
All parts of the process should be done in a timely manner.
- Complete the accounting receipt form and make a copy for yourself.
- Get the accounting receipt form to the Treasurer with the funds.
- Treasurer will immediately confirm with sender when funds and form are received.
- Treasurer will place funds into the IAA checking account.
- Treasurer will forward completed "accounting receipt form(s)" to the secretary to be filed.
