2001 Trapshooting2003 IAA TRAP LEAGUE

The IAA Trap League fun shoot kicked off at 5:30 on June 23 at the Griffith Izzak Walton League in Griffith, Indiana. I would like to thank all the shooters that shot in the league this year. Special thanks go out to Debbie Thompson and Kathie Sanders, our only 2 lady shooters. First place went to Ray, Don, Stan Pozywio, Larry Liffick, and Bob Penman. Second place belongs to Tom and Scott Canner, Bill Mager, Rich Mikola, and Roger Mikuly. Third place went to Butch and Debbie Thompson, Bill and Kathie Sanders, and Rich Perez. Fourth place belongs to Kermit Deel, Tim Kelnhofer, Ralph Koepke, Greg Scansy, and Dave Urbanczyk. Fifth Place went to Frank Kocsis, John Kocsis, Dick Kortenhoven, Don Rudeski, and Larry Swentzel. Otis Cochran and Jim Weaver picked up last place.

Top gun went to Rich Perez with a 48.2 average for 500 birds. After the games were shot, everyone sat down for a little food and we finished up by passing the prizes out to the teams and game winners.

I would like to give the following thanks to Bob Penman and Roger Mikuly for their assistance that night. The Izzak Walton league of Griffith also deserves a big thank you for hosting the league and for their warm hospitality. I would like to also thank the IAA, the board of directors, and anyone else I forgot.

"See everybody again next year same time, same place. Shoot well!" states IAA Chairperson Larry Swentzel.
